Call for Abstracts
The One Health Day Symposium, November 1 – 2, 2018, brings together multiple disciplines working locally, nationally and internationally to address the spread of disease, promote health and emphasize the connection among humans, animals and the environment.
The organizing committee is now accepting abstracts for the 2018 One Health Day Symposium to be held at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, November 1 – 2 at the Drake Performance and Event Center.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, October 19. Interested participants may submit their abstract with the online submission form.
Abstracts are limited to 300 words and must report the results of original research pertinent to One Health, including work that is educational and/or nontechnical nature. The committee will evaluate all abstracts submitted for acceptance. Submission of posters is open to all; however, the competition will be limited to students. Accepted student participants will receive discounted entry to the symposium ($20) and create a presentation in poster format. Information in the abstract must not have been previously published in a copyrighted journal. Discounted student registration is limited to the lead author.
